a wide range of customers, such as municipal utilities, mining, printing, and manufacturing facilities, focusing on a comprehensive range of efficient and high technical quality products and services, both in the repair shop and in the field, at the customer’s facilities. Electromechanex, LLC has the skills and equipment needed to repair, test, and install machinery while ensuring peak efficiency and reliability. Our Field Service Technicians are highly qualified and have extensive knowledge of VFDs, PLCs, Vibration Testing, Thermography, and Alignment.

 Our History

In 2012, Electromechanex, LLC was formed to distribute and repair Electric Motors, Pumps and other rotating apparatus and take advantage of a highly industrial market, fill the void of a company providing high end quality and service in the shop and in the field. Our company adheres to all EASA and IEEE standards and enjoys one of the best safety ratings in the industry.


Daryl K. Desiere, founder and CEO, began his journey as an electro-mechanical journeyman and an electric motor technician student at JAVTI, in Jackson, MN. Upon completion of training, Daryl returned to Vineland, NJ and started working in the family business "D" Electric Motors, Inc. repair facility as a rewinder and technician. For the next 29 years, he would lead and manage in the motor repair industry before he moved on to start his own motor repair company in October 2012.

     

Over the next 5 years, customer needs grew and electro-mechanical technologies advanced. We responded. Our capabilities expanded to include comprehensive residential, commercial & industrial electric motor & pump repair and other electro-mechanical services.

   

Our operation was producing record breaking annual sales revenue by 2015, and has operated at a profitable level ever since. The success of Electromechanex, LLC is a result of an uncompromising commitment to our customers.

   

In 2018, Electromechanex, LLC president, D.K. Desiere, acquired an additional 5,000 square feet of shop space in a new era of growth and prosperity. Sales and employment doubled over the next 3 years. This period of continued growth was fueled by changes in regional market, the introduction of ongoing employee training programs, new information management technologies and solid leadership structure. In the coming the years, we have experienced significant growth and expanded our offerings to encompass various services. These include reliability and field services, motor removal and installation, laser alignment, vibration analysis, and more. Designed to better serve a growing number of more sophisticated customers, these new systems and structures positioned the company for continued success. Revenue projected for fiscal year 2022 through 2024 is expected to meet and or exceed previous years.

As a member of The Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA) there is access to EASA's variety of industry-specific training pools of more than 100 years of rotating equipment knowledge from EASA's technical support staff. Employees are regularly trained and re-trained in OSHA 29 CFR and MSHA Part 46 Standards.

EASA AR 100: The recommended practice for the repair of a rotating electrical apparatus from EASA.

This is critical for the consistent quality standard for repairs. Ensures complete assessment and proper process for motor repairs.

IEEE: Standards: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers ensures consistency in the manufacturing of motors.

NEMA: Standards from National Electrical Manufacturer’s Association provide guidelines for how a motor should fit in standard applications. Manufacturers keep consistent dimensions to ensure the fit of your motor. NEMA promotes safety in the design, manufacture and use of electrical products

ANSI: The American National Standards Institute sets standards for a wide range of technical areas, from electrical specifications to communications protocols.
